The Council of Ministers established consumption standards for housing and communal services for the calculation of non-cash housing subsidies, the press service of the government of Belarus told a correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency.

These standards are contained in Resolution of the Council of Ministers dated September 30, 2016 No. 789.

Thus, norms (standards) for the consumption of services have been established maintenance, major repairs, sanitary maintenance of auxiliary premises of a residential building, elevator maintenance, hot and cold water supply, drainage (sewage), heat supply, management of municipal solid waste; consumption standards for electricity services; consumption standards for gas supply services, supply of liquefied petroleum gas from individual bottled or tank installations; standards for reimbursement of expenses of organizations operating the housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services for electricity consumed for lighting of auxiliary premises and operation of equipment, including elevators, in an apartment building.

In particular, the following standards have been established for the consumption of services for maintenance, major repairs, sanitary maintenance of auxiliary premises of a residential building, elevator maintenance, hot and cold water supply, drainage (sewerage), heat supply, and solid municipal waste management. Maintenance - 20 sq. m of total living space for each person registered at the place of residence and 10 sq. m per family. For non-working pensioners who have reached the age established for receiving an old-age pension on a general basis, non-working disabled people - within the total area of the residential premises. Elevator maintenance - 0.6911 rubles per month. Hot and cold water supply, sanitation in residential premises (residential buildings) equipped with water supply and sewerage: water supply, sanitation - 140 liters per day; hot water supply (thermal energy for heating water) - 0.0042 gigacalories per day. Heat supply - 0.026 gigacalories per 1 sq. m of total living space.

The resolution establishes the following standards for the consumption of electricity services. During the heating season, for families consisting of one person - 475 kilowatt-hours per month, for two people - 520, three - 550, four - 600, five - 650, six or more - 700. Standards for the consumption of gas supply services and the supply of liquefied petroleum gas from individual bottled or tank installations have also been established. In particular, if there is gas stove and centralized hot water supply or individual water heater, with the exception of gas, with gas supply the consumption rate natural gas will be 8.0 cubic meters. m per month. And if you have a gas stove and an individual gas water heater (in the absence of a centralized hot water supply) with gas supply - 23.0 cubic meters. m per month. In the presence of a gas stove and the absence of a centralized hot water supply and an individual gas water heater with gas supply - 13.0 cubic meters. m per month. If there are individual gas heating appliances during the heating period with gas supply, the rate of consumption of natural gas will be 160.0 cubic meters. m per month, and in the summer with gas supply - 60.0.

As for the rate of reimbursement of expenses of organizations operating the housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services for electricity consumed for lighting of auxiliary premises and operation of equipment, including elevators, in an apartment building, then according to the resolution, the rate of reimbursement the cost of electricity consumed for lighting of auxiliary premises and operation of equipment, with the exception of elevators, per person will be 0.39 rubles per month. Reimbursement of expenses for electricity consumed for the operation of elevators - 0.26.
