  • Heat the butter over low heat, put the onion slices in it.
  • Fry until soft, stirring all the time so that it is evenly oiled. Passing time is up to 10 minutes.
  • After letting the fry cool a little, add it to the sour cream, along with chopped herbs (you can also add parsley).
  • Add salt and pepper to the sour cream filling, mix everything well.
  • Coat the inside of the casserole dish with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
