Now the chopped potatoes need to be dried. Do this quickly so that the vegetable does not turn black. While the potatoes are drying, pour starch, salt and spices to taste into a deep bowl. Mix well. Dip potato straws into the resulting “powder”. Simply put, roll each straw thoroughly in spiced starch. Try to ensure that the starch is evenly distributed throughout the vegetable slices.
